TRM Evaluation License
You are welcome to request an evaluation period (2 weeks).
It would be nice if you'd let us know about your specific thermal problems beforehand to let us check the applicability of TRM and give some guidelines. You may also send us some Gerber and Excellon files so that we can prepare a demo model. TRM is easy to use for a PCB designer or an electronics engineer, anyway.

We grant free licenses for bachelor and master theses!
TRM System Requirements
Client or stand-alone PC: Windows 64-bit. Minimum 16 GB RAM recommended
License Server: From Windows Server 2019 onwards. We are using FlexLM.
No Linux support
