Our Expertise
Since 1989 we build up experience with thermal issues in electronics industry and printed boards . We are member of the german partner of IPC ("FED e.V.") and give seminars about thermal topics. We are also participating member of IPC 1-10b task group and are Certified Interconnect Designer (CID).
We are located in Leimen near Heidelberg, Germany, the former home town of Boris Becker.
